How long does a typical ERP implementation take?
Most enterprise ERP implementations range from 3 to 9 months depending on the number of modules, data migration complexity, and organizational readiness. We provide a detailed project schedule during the discovery phase so you have full visibility from day one.
Do you offer cloud hosting or only on-premise?
Both. We support cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise, and hybrid deployments. For most new clients we recommend a managed cloud deployment with a 99.9% uptime SLA, but we work within your infrastructure constraints.
Can your products integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. All our products expose RESTful APIs and support standard integration protocols (OAuth, SAML, webhooks, HL7 FHIR for healthcare). We have pre-built connectors for common third-party systems and can build custom integrations as part of the engagement.
What does post-launch support look like?
